A Relaxing Weekend.

We had a relaxing weekend at home as you can see by the many expressions of Jake. We did some needed outside work, rented 4 movies, watched the Indy 500 and rested!

Back to Colorado

I was back in Colorado, Westminster this time, for a few days with work. The weather was cold and rainy and I forgot to check what it would be like before I left the warmth of home. Luckily a great sale at the local mall and I was able to find a warm sweater.

Iris

Going up north has become a regular feature of our weekends.

The temperatures are now in the triple digets in the Valley and about 15 to 20 degrees cooler in the mountains.

This weekend we saw gorgeous Iris blooming in beautiful landscaping.

Sweet Suite

Last night we attended the Diamondbacks baseball game against the Phillies. We were in a suite behind home plate that we purchased at a charity silent auction. We had 4 tickets so we took our friends Cliff and Lori with us. The coolest part? We had our own bathroom! We won the game 4 to 3. I'm sorry there aren't any pictures, we didn't think to take the camera with us.
