I've had a hankering for some good Whoopie Pies and finally gave in. I must confess I don't like the recipes with egg whites in the filling, but I found this recipe that uses that wonderful Marshmallow Fluff.

Weight Watchers had a recipe that used only the marshmallow fluff for filling...they were only a point a peice and yummy!
