It was time to do another TV appearance yesterday on the Morning Scramble. I was able to join my friend Janne for this one (she did a French Toast Casserole). I made Phebe's Hot Chocolate Mix. With the recent change in format, friends and family can now stream the show live on their computers. This time mother Donna and sister Phebe were able to see the show.
Hot Chocolate Mix
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup confectioners’ sugar
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
½ cup mini marshmallows
Combine all ingredients; store in an airtight container. To serve, add 2/3 cup hot water to 1/3 cocoa mix. Note: mini chocolate chips may be substituted with mini mint chocolate chips to make mint hot chocolate.
